In this course, students will apply and develop skills in reading, writing, and analysis, through study of multiple genres, including short story, novella, novel, drama, poetry, and non-fiction, to consider essential questions about humanity such as "Who are we?", "What are we?", and "What do we think?" We will focus on vocabulary, grammar, and most importantly, critical thinking and writing skills to prepare for further study. Our goals are to become life-long learners, solve problems, work cooperatively, and learn how to thrive in an ever-changing global community. |
