a member, iIt's free" and click on it. On the next page, click on "English
visitors - click here"
and this will take you to the form you must fill
out. There are 5 "fill-in-the-blanks" on this form:
1. Your complete name 2. Your e-mail address
3. Your user name (example: mefrog2)
4. Your password (example: ICU2NON) 5. Your password
again.
Write both down and save them. Then click on
the button "Submit ......" and you will be welcomed.
When you click on a requested item or file, a
dialog box will appear once when you log on and
it will request your "spinnaker" name and password
which you will enter in the two boxes and click.
This web site is well worth this small hassle.
Their data base is huge.
After you join (free), to search their data base
