Tara is very busy with the animals from all
aspects, from maintaining her goat herd and showing them, to her quarter horses. She volunteers taking horses to the
county fairgrounds for Riding Therapy for the handicapped, helps with the
Ducks Unlimited committee, and works full time. With all of that said she stays very busy with the animals, but she
enjoys having the barn full of animals!
Donny loves the goats, and his interest is our
buck
program and AI program. He lives for hunting
- Duck, Goose, Dove, Turkey, and Deer ! He is the Founder and Past-Chairman of 3
years for Morgan Co.
Waterfowlers Chapter of Ducks Unlimited ( www.morgancountywaterfowlers.org
), & a proud member of Corinthian Lodge #111.
He is a State Elevator Inspector for Ohio, and covers 7 counties in southeast
Ohio. During the 2006 annual training, he competed in a Elevator Code
competition, and won against 42 other inspectors across the state. He is
proud of this accomplishment, as he really enjoys his job.
The girls are very active with the animals as
well. Sierra has fun showing goats in ABGA & JABGA shows as
well as showing at the county fair. She loves the horses, from
showing them to just everyday riding, but she enjoys
working with the younger
goats in our herd. She does very well in school. Deana is great at finding
trouble and dirt! She enjoys being with the grandparents (they let her get away
with everything!) She is trying to help in the barn, she helps by getting the
goats used to fast moving objects!
As you can see we are very active, but the best times are spent together as a family, no matter what we are doing!
